1. Commitment to Identity Confidentiality
India Visa Advisory recognizes that passport scans, visa records, police registrations, and lease agreements contain sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We enforce rigorous security protocols, including AES-256 at-rest encryption, zero server-disk caching for uploads, and short-lived signed URLs.
2. Purpose of Collection
Information collected through our consultation forms is used strictly to evaluate statutory eligibility, assemble required application dossiers, draft formal replies, and communicate with you regarding your case. We never sell, lease, or monetize client data.
3. AI Usage & Redaction
When utilizing our internal AI advisory tools, sensitive biometric markers and passport identifiers are scrubbed. Customer documents are never used for public training of third-party AI models.
4. Retention & Deletion
Clients may request permanent deletion of their uploaded case documents from our private storage vaults at any time following the resolution of their immigration case.
